Hafjell best ski pistes

  • KIDS Mosetertoppen areas (green): gentle nursery slopes beside the gondola top station, with carpets and short tows for first turns.
  • KIDS Gaiastova (green): an easy kids’ zone at the mountain top area near Gaiastova; perfect for confidence laps before stepping up.
  • Familiebakken/Knerten (green): soft gradients and short uplift around Mosetertoppen and mid-station, ideal as your first “real” pistes.
  • Fjelløypa/Nysæterløypa/Seterløypa (blue): long, flowing blues from Hafjelltoppen with big views and easy links back toward Mosetertoppen.
  • Kjusløypa/Svegårdsløypa (red): classic carving reds running fall-line to the valley; great corduroy when groomed.
  • Hafjelløypa/Bukkespranget (red): varied mid-mountain terrain that lets you string together fast, rhythmic turns all the way to the base.
  • Olympialøypa (red/black sections): the steepest prepared piste on the map; race lane feel with sustained pitch toward the valley. Hit it early for best snow.
  • Svarten/Treningsløypa (black/red): shaded, faster lines used for training.
  • Main Park line (freestyle): not a piste, but the advanced park next to the valley gondola base offers the biggest jumps/rails if you ride freestyle.
