With over 150 km (93 mi) of pistes and 52 lifts, it offers a versatile skiing experience across alpine forests, panoramic ridges, and high-altitude bowls. Its well-balanced terrain and strong snow reliability make it a favourite among families, beginners, and seasoned skiers alike.

Skiing in the Zillertal Arena

Skiing in the Zillertal Arena offers smooth progression and variety across four distinct resorts. Zell am Ziller provides easy access and wide pistes, Gerlos caters to intermediates with long, cruisy runs, and Königsleiten and Hochkrimml serve up stunning alpine views and snow-sure slopes above 2,000 m (6,561 ft). The area’s layout makes it easy to ski from valley to peak and back again in a single day.
