The resort caters well to intermediate skiers with 120 km (74.5 mi) of pistes that include a variety of well-maintained blue and red runs. These pistes are spread across the three main sectors of the resort, allowing intermediates to enjoy varied terrains and explore extensive parts of the resort without encountering too many mogul fields.
While the terrain for advanced skiers is more limited in terms of black runs, Isola 2000 offers some excellent freeride sections, particularly through the trees and little cliffs around Les Melezes. Advanced skiers can also find challenging descents in the Levant and the high-altitude areas of the resort, including routes like St Saveur.
Isola 2000 offers robust off-piste opportunities with diverse terrain that includes alpine bowls and quiet wooded areas ideal for more experienced skiers seeking fresh snow and natural features.
